I have had multiple surgeries that Strive has helped me rehabilitate through. Most recently, Dr. Tang has helped me overcome severe muscle tightening in my left hip through a practice called dry needling. This is by far the best PT treatment I have received in over 10 years of going to PT. If it was not for her willingness and professionalism to learn this new method, I would still be suffering today. This is the only treatment in over two and half years that has shown tremendous results. I've had immediate relief from dry needling and urge anyone to try it if you're in pain! Thank you Strive!!!

I am grateful to have been referred to Grace for rehabilitation after my total hip replacement. I had an atypically long recovery whereby Grace had to teach me how to walk properly again. Since she discharged me, I've joined the fitness side of Strive, and it's been challenging and invigorating but it's also helped me overcome my fear of post-op physical exercise.

I visited Raleigh for a month after my ACL post-op and happened to meet Grace at Strive. She has immense knowledge about the anatomy of the human body and was able to help me recover quickly. She was very detailed in her approach and made sure I was getting the right treatment based on the doctor's protocol and at the same time she was very friendly. Strive also offers personal training and I would definitely join if I return to the area.

Thank you so very much Mrs. Grace! I felt so much better after visiting you. I do my exercises every day after school. You are really awesome Mrs. Grace. Thanks so much for all your help!

I am writing to express my personal appreciation and physical involvement based on the excellent Physical Therapy treatment I received from Grace. I had a knee replacement on April 20, 2011 followed by in home PT through May 15. I began PT with Grace May 16 and continued twice a week through July 1, 2011. During this time Grace provided me a plan at each meeting of what we were going to do as well as address any immediate needs regarding my situation when I arrived. She has always provided me information explaining what we are working on that day, the expected results and status of progress or areas of concern. I always felt she was concerned about my progress, pain level and special concerns, especially on my right hip area. Exercises always seemed to test my limits as she distracted me with conversation about the recovery process or what actually took place in the surgery to keep my mind off the pain. This was good pain as it made the recovery process stay ahead of schedule. I really appreciate Grace and the work she performed to get me where I am today. I know I still have to keep exercising and stretch the muscles to get where I want to be. When I was released on July 1 the replacement knew was bending to 130 degrees with a 0 flatness. Thanks Grace for applying your skills to a successful recovery for me. Thanks also to the rest of the staff for their encouragement and professionalism.

I want to thank you for the excellent physical therapy you provided for my post operative pain and recovery. I tried other offices but I choose you because of your better understanding of the neck and shoulder problems I had and how to get me back in shape. You also provided personal attention and really cared about my progress. I would highly recommend you and your office to my family, friends and coworkers.

I've had physical therapy at Strive for a chronic leg issue, and I have found Grace to be a top-notch therapist. She spends a lot of time with each patient. In three visits I already experienced much improvement in my symptoms and expect a full recovery.
